What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order: 100 pieces per style per colour.
How long does sampling or production take?
Sampling: 7–12 days for simple styles; 15–20 days for complex styles. Bulk production: 15–25 days for simple styles; 20–35 days for complex styles. All lead times are measured in calendar days from receipt of payment.
Can I send a tech pack?
Yes. Email your PDF tech pack or reference images to Jamie at naidipajamas@163.com. Online upload is not available in this initial release.
What information helps with a quotation?
Include product type, reference images, material specifications, quantity per colour, size breakdown, packaging and delivery destination.
Are the images real product photographs?
The website currently uses labelled illustrations and material studies. They are not photographs of actual products or the factory. Real photography will be added later.
How are samples and revisions priced?
Sample fees are quoted individually based on the style and construction requirements. A revised sample is charged at 70% of the original sample development fee.
