FABRIC SOURCING / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Custom sleepwear fabrics, chosen for your brief.
Compare fabric direction, handfeel, construction and care requirements with the garment, fit and end market in mind before sampling.

PROJECT FOCUS
Plan fabric direction, construction and care requirements before sampling.
We review the product brief, material direction, measurements, brand details and intended quantity before a sample or production handoff. Standard minimum order: 100 pieces per style per colour.
- OEM and ODM discussion for woven sleepwear and knit loungewear
- Sampling and fit review against an agreed brief
- Private-label, trim and packaging requirements defined before approval
OEM / ODM WORKFLOW
Move from a defined brief to a controlled sample.
- Brief: share product direction, size chart, materials, branding and target market.
- Feasibility: align construction, sourcing and open decisions.
- Sample: review fit, measurements and details against the brief.
- Approval: confirm specification, quantity and bulk-production handoff.

BUYER QUESTIONS
Questions before you send a brief.
Can you choose fabric from a photograph?
A photograph can establish direction, but composition, weight, colour and handfeel should be confirmed against the applicable physical reference or sample.
Does satin always mean silk?
No. Satin describes a weave structure, not a fibre content. Confirm composition and construction for your product.
